When you are viewing a single brochure page click the “Download PDF” link in the top right hand corner.
There is no one uniformed star rating system for all countries. More information can be found by clicking the question mark next to the rating.
The cruise section available by clicking the tab on the navigation bar at the top of every page gives you all you need to know about the cruise ships that we cover on gazetteers.com.
Alternatively, you can search for a cruise line, ship or area by using the search box in the top right-hand corner of every page.
Locate the property, resort or ship you wish to write a review about, click the "Agent Review" tab and select "Write a review ord tip" link..
The maps on gazetteers.com are in the process of being updated to utilise Google Maps. In the meantime, ensure you have the SVG plugin downloaded so you can view the interactive version of the current maps.
Under each individual resort on the right hand side of the page is a box that says “Create a destination guide for...”. If you click on this, you can tick all the relevant parts of information that you require and a PDF will be generated for you to print off. You can also email these to an email address.
If you cannot find what you are looking for try reducing the search terms to include only the key terms, removing word such as "the" and "hotel".
If it still cannot find what you are looking for, search for the resort or country it is in and click through the lists.
Alternatively, we have an “Advanced search” where you can narrow down even more information in order to find what you are looking for.

Information changes constantly, and by using the feedback button in the top right hand corner of the homepage, you can submit a question or highlight a discrepancy to us immediately.

Look in our special interest tab on the homepage. Special interests are listed alphabetically to make finding your required interest easier. Once you click on the required interest, it gives you a list of countries that participate in this interest. Click the particular country that you require and this lists the tour operators and brochures that cover your requirement.
You can use the advanced search to view properties that have disabled rooms or a gym, etc. By putting your search word in quotes this will narrow down your search.
Find the property that you visited on gazetteers.com. You will notice the tabs along the top of the page under the property name say Tour Operators, Resort info, Map, etc. One of the tabs is called Agent Reviews. Click on this tab and then click on the link “Write a Review or Hint & Tip for this property”. There you can complete an online form about the property, Ensure you rate the property, provide a useful subject name, add your opinion and choose who you would recommend this property to.
In the same way as you submit a property review. Look up the resort name and find the tab listed Agent Review underneath the resort name. Complete this in the same way as a property review.

Email your suggestion and up to a maximum of 4 answers to lisa.vincent@travelweekly.co.uk and if your suggestion is suitable it will be published on the site. Bear in mind that there is only a limited amount of space for the poll question and that questions and answers should not be too lengthy.
